– Gather and mobilize the guides, and create within them a climate of solidarity and mutual help;

– Protect and promote the profession of tourist guides in Cameroon;

– Ensure the improvement of the quality of services offered by  tourism guides in Cameroon through the organization of training seminars and educational tours for them;

– Contribute to the protection of the natural, cultural, and tourist resources of Cameroon;

– Organize the International Day of Tourist Guides in Cameroon each year.

OUR ACTIVITIES  

As an affiliated member of WFTGA, we organize activities annually in commemoration of the International Tourist Guide’s day in Cameroon

– We have a database of competent tourist guides at the disposal of tourists
– We organize routine training, capacity-building workshops and educators
– We offer tour guiding and tailored tour companionship services
– We offer technical assistance to decentralized local territorial communities
– We provide up-to-date tourist information at the request of tourists
– We assist in organizing educational tours for students and researchers
– We customize post congress tours for public and private administrations
